While I was out of his site, he chomped on the metal tube and had a nice area of stain on my new carpet. I had previously read to not try OTC products on carpets, so I left it alone. I am so happy that I did, because the Heaven's Best representative said that was correct. I have one regret!! I wished that I had taken a before and after photograph to prove the superb job! However, rain came in under some of our doors and we had very wet carpet in one of our offices. You were so gracious to take the time to come when we needed you to soak up the water in the carpet and leave your fan to dry it out and then check it after it was dry for cleanliness and to make sure it was secure.
